We try to offer a prompt, value-for-money service and this is reflected in our keen delivery pricing, and a returns policy that means you can buy with confidence.
We aim to deliver your goods within 6 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability). In the event that a particular item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date.

Returns & Cancellation Policy
Risk in any Product shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to ensure products against all risks from the time of delivery.
You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying Johnstons of Elgin either by email or fax within 2 days of your order being placed. In such cases a full refund will be made to the purchaser's Credit / Debit Card.
You may return your purchase of goods with proof of purchase within 28 days of date of invoice to Johnstons ecommerce at the address provided below. You must then return the goods to Johnstons at your expense. The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with garment tags still attached. Note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods Johnstons of Elgin reserve the right not to accept your return. Johnstons of Elgin will refund your purchase price to you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned goods. Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery.

Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office in case your package fails to reach us. It is the responsibility of the customer to return items to Johnstons of Elgin and obtain suitable insurance for the value of goods enclosed.
Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)
Johnstons of Elgin ecommerce orders are despatched from the United Kingdom. Delivery duties are applicable when goods are exported to any country outside of the European Union, and are payable by the recipient of the goods. Goods are either held by the delivery courier until the invoice has been paid, or the goods may be delivered followed by an invoice for the duties sent to the recipient. If you opt to pre pay duties on your order, this will allow the goods to be delivered with no prolonged delay. All duties and taxes related to the goods will be covered, and no extra charges will be required by the shipper or recipient.
