One town. Two stories. Knitted together.

Last year we celebrated our 220th anniversary by winning the prestigious accolade for Commitment to British Manufacturing at the Walpole British Luxury Awards. Now, in 2018, more than two centuries of making the finest cashmere and woollens are rewarded with a new winning partnership. Hawick, the heartland of Scotland’s world-renowned woollen industry, is also hometown to Hawick, Glasgow, Scotland and British Lions legend Stuart Hogg. Stuart’s dad, John, has worked at our Hawick mill for more than 20 years. In fact, when he was younger, Stuart spent a summer working at the mill but it was clear rugby was always his priority. We are delighted to begin the next chapter in our story with Stuart and John.

There’s nothing to know about cashmere that dad doesn’t know. Up before the birds every morning. Makes me proud.

Stuart worked here a long time ago but he was always more interested in the rugby. I was so proud when he pulled on the Hawick jersey for the first time.
