Like you, we don't like people running off with our personal details so we promise not to sell, lease or otherwise transfer your information to anyone else, except where you've expressly asked us to (by entering a competition we're running jointly with another company for example).

Our trading names include Johnstons of Elgin and Johnstons Cashmere.

            5. WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

            The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored by ourselves, or our carefully selected processors at a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA").             We use a company called Marketing Planning Services Ltd to help us ensure we keep all your data up-to-date and correct. Your data is therefore processed by Marketing Planning Services Ltd using UK Fast as their secure cloud services provider, and Matomo to download data from our customers browsing our website.

            Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to ours or any Website; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
