Mill Tour

One of the highlights of a visit to Elgin and the Moray area is a tour around our mill at Newmill, Elgin.

You can take a free guided tour of the entire manufacturing process with one of our experienced tour guides. Watch for yourself as the cashmere is dyed, teased, carded, spun and hand finished by the latest generation of Elgin craftsmen.

Tours are generally available 9:30-3:30pm Monday - Thursday & 9:30-11:30 Friday. Mill Tours are only available during mill working hours, and at certain times of the year the mill closes for necessary holiday & maintenance periods.
