We like to keep it simple, but like every promotion there are a few details we have to let you know about. By participating in any of our promotions, you're agreeing to these terms.

Terms & Conditions
TO ENTER:
For UK residents please either complete the promotion postcard with yours and your friends details and return it to us via the postal system, or email yours and your friends details (name, address and email/telephone number) to shop@johnstonscashmere.com
For non UK residents please email yours and your friends details to
Entries will not be returned. No purchase entry. Incomplete, damaged, defaced or illegible entries may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Johnstons. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Johnstons reserve the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
ELIGIBILITY:
This competition is open to any person who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Johnstons or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).
TIMING:
This competition runs from 12.00:01am GMT on 20th August 2012. The closing date of this competition is 11.59:59pm GMT on 24th December 2012. Completed entries must reach Johnstons no later than the closing date.
USE OF DATA:
Personal data which you provide when you enter this competition will not be used for future Johnstons marketing activity other than to provide the service offered as part of this promotion.
SELECTION OF WINNERS:
The winner will be determined by a random draw in front of an independent witness. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date of this competition. The winner may be required to become involved in further publicity or advertising.
PRIZE:
The first prize is gift Vouchers to the value of £150 (One Hundred and Fifty Pounds Sterling). Prizes as stated are non transferable. No cash or other alternatives available. Johnstons reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize will be sent by 24th January 2013.
WINNERS LIST:
The winner consents to their surname being made publicly available. The winners’ name will be available for a period of 2 months after the closing date by email request.
OTHER:
No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Johnstons' decision shall be final. Johnstons reserve the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
